Say It Isn’t So!

The following information about recent legislation in the state of Oregon was derived from a post by Tony Perkins. President of the Family Research Council.

The Oregon State Legislature recently passed, and Governor Kate Brown signed, the Menstrual Dignity Act.  Thanks to this legislation, new tampon dispensers will be placed in school bathrooms throughout the state, including male student’s bathrooms, at considerable expense to Oregon taxpayers.  The bill was originally intended to give female students free sanitary products at school, and then it was broadened to “affirm the right to menstrual dignity for transgender, intersex, nonbinary, and two-spirit students.” The stated intent was to “minimize negative attention that could put them at risk of harm … during menstruation.”  The accompanying toolkit argues that there is no such thing as “female hygiene products,” only “menstrual products.”

Say it isn’t so!

The liberal, progressive wing of the Democrat Party has gone absolutely insane.

Vote them out in November.
