Sadness

A few days from now the 2020 general election will have been decided.  I pray for a good outcome, but I have no idea how it will all turn out.

The one thing I do know is that I am experiencing a great sadness.  I am sad for my great country.  I am distressed by the large numbers of people who seem intent on destroying the very things that made our nation great.  Most of all, I am angered and saddened by the fact that American citizens are being denied access to the news.

The motto of the once great New York Times is “All the news that’s fit to print.”  The motto of the once great Washington Post is “Democracy Dies in Darkness.”  These once great newspapers have turned their backs on these principles.  Arising from their disdain for Donald Trump and love for the Democrat Party agenda, these newspapers, along with most of the news media, have put a clamp on negative news about Joseph Biden. Extremely negative information on the Bidens has recently been revealed and verified, but we the people are being denied access to this important information even as we cast our ballots.

I never believed such blatant censorship could occur in the land I love.

It makes me very sad.
