Changing the Guard

I wrote my first entry in this blog in July 2018. Since then I have made hundreds of posts, many about family, even more about politics. Beginning in January of this year my rate of production reduced precipitately. Frankly, I had become discouraged. I had used every arrow in my quiver in the fight against those I believe are destroying our country, and I grew tired of repeating myself.

It is now time for someone else to take up the fight. My sons and grandsons are co-owners of this blog, and I pray that they will contine the struggle against those malign forces that are attempting to engulf us. Two of them have indicated their willingness to do so, and perhaps you will see some of their work very soon. I may pop in from time to time just to let you know that I am still breathing.

I appreciate those faithful readers who encouraged me over the past many months. Thank you very much. I am taking the blog as it exists now and organizing it into book form — more than 1200 pages altogether. I will make it available to family members as a sort of legacy. That will not affect this blog’s continuation, at least for the short term.

Some year ago the late Robert Bork wrote a book entitled Slouching Toward Gomorrah. He was more right than he knew.

As I watched videos of the recent Gay Pride festivities on the White House lawn, I visualized the horror that must have been experienced by God fearing citizens of Sodom and Gomorrah as they witnessed their towns being taken over by the evil ones.

God save us from this madness.
