Big Enough

My wife and I were the proud parents of five healthy sons.  As the years passed, they grew to be fine men.  Each of them is different in looks, abilities, and attitudes, but all of them love the Lord and attempt to serve him faithfully.

As you might expect, their mother and I loved them dearly.  She is gone now, but her love for them endures – as does mine.

It’s a strange thing about love.  Your heart is always big enough to embrace another child without diminishing your feelings for his or her siblings.  Never did we love one child more than we did his brothers.  They were all incredibly precious to us.

I am also very happy to say that our love was and is reciprocated.

Thank you Lord!
