Tulsi Gabbard has made startling allegations against former President Obama and other high-ranking members of his administration. She accuses them of fabricating the Russian collusion hoax in order to deny Donald Trump the fruits of his electoral victory in 2016. As a result of their machinations, the nation suffered the Mueller investigation, a Presidential impeachment, and a decade of political turmoil. Trump’s first term as President was severely handicapped, and he and members of his political circle endured costly legal harassment, sometimes leading to questionable prosecutions and imprisonment.

Right-wing commentators have made these allegations before, but this is the first time a high-level government official has said she has the proof.

Are Gabbard’s accusations true? Thus far, traditional media pundits have hesitated to comment, and the few Democrat politicians to respond insist that Gabbard is wrong.

Tulsi Gabbard is neither a lawyer or prosecutor. She is the Director of National Intelligence. She says her accusations are based on evidence contained within files of the 18 intelligence agencies under her supervision. She is turning this evidence over to the Department of Justice for possible prosecution. She says more evidence is to follow.

I find it difficult to believe that Gabbard would make this statement unless she has solid documentary proof of its validity.

I thoroughly dislike and distrust Democrat Party leadership. I believe that justice must be served. Nevertheless, I hate to see the nation plunged into even deeper turmoil. Can you imagine the reaction of Obama lovers should their hero be arrested and charged with criminal conspiracy?
