The American news media likes to speak of itself as “Guardians of truth” and say that they “Speak truth to power.” Unfortunately, over the past thirty-five years most main-stream journalists and reporters seem to have succumbed to new age, non traditional philosophies, and under this malign influence they became twisters of truth. How else can we explain the media’s slavish devotion to Barack Obama, their lying defense of Joseph Biden, and their unremitting hatred of Donald Trump and his followers? Truth has been sacrificed in the altar of journalistic biases.

We can no longer depend on the old news sources for honest and accurate reporting. There are new information sources available to us. Unfortunately, many in the general public are still captive to one-sided presentations from the so-called journalistic intelligentsia of NPR, PBS, CNN, MSNBC, and other left-wing news outlets.

In 2001, Bernard Goldberg, long time CBS journalist, writer and producer, wrote a book entitled Bias: A CBS Insider Exposes How the Media Distort the News. Since that time it has become much worse.
