These are troubled times. But do not despair. Troubled times are not unique — in fact, they are common. Think of all the past difficulties we have encountered and somehow survived.

The Bible advises us to keep our heads up, love one another,  and keep smiling.

“Whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, think about these things . . .  practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.”
