Hunter Biden was found guilty of gun charges in Delaware.  The evidence was overwhelming, and the jury made the correct decision.  I was concerned that a hometown jury might fail to convict Hunter, and I was pleased that, in this instance, the system worked.  The chief prosecutor appeared very reluctant to prosecute him until he was left with no other choice.  

Hunter now faces another trial on more serious income tax evasion charges.  Unfortunately, the government had allowed the statute of limitations to run out on Hunter’s earlier tax violations, but it appears that there remains a mass of damning evidence on later infractions.

It will be interesting to watch as Hunter’s defense maneuvers to avoid exposing the obvious involvement of Joseph Biden in his son’s nefarious activities.
