One of special prosecutor’s Jack Smith’s principal charges in his most recent indictment of President Trump is the charge that Trump attempted to overthow the results of the 2020 election despite being advised that he had lost and knew that advice to be true.

I say that Smith’s charge is nonsense.

Even today, almost three years later, the 2020 election results are being challenged. There are many people who are convinced that a full and impartial review of election irregularities in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin would prove that Trump was robbed of an electoral college victory. Perhaps they are wrong, but there is ample evidence that seems to support their view; and on many occasions Trump has said he believes himself to be the legitimate victor.

Furthermore, there is absolute proof that members of the Department of Justice and the intelligence agencies suppressed evidence that Hunter Biden, Joseph Biden’s son, had been involved with foreign nationals in a criminal enterprise. There are strong indications that Joseph was also involved. This evidence was available to the FBI from December 2019, but the public remained unaware of it until a story appeared in the New York Post on October 14, 2020. Trump hating members of the intelligence community immediately rushed to described the Posr article as Russian disinformation, and the dishonest mainstream media sat on the story. Attorney General Barr and Christopher Wray, Chief of the FBI, knew the Post story to be accurate, but both of them chose to remain silent. If the truth had come out, Trump’s election victory would have been assured.

Trump believed he had been cheated out of victory, and he was right.

I regret to report that many members of the media continue to ignore or downplay growing evidence of Biden family corruption, and much of the American public therefore remains blissfully ignorant of the damning facts.

Meanwhile, the Biden adminstration uses the entire weight of the Justice Department in an attempt to destroy Donald Trump.
